Great location and staff
Staff is really friendly and helpful Location is really good (right next to Changdeokgung Palace and close to many other point of interest (Gyeongbokgung palace, Gwangjang Market, Cheonggyecheon Stream, Dongdaemun Desing plaza etc) and train/bus stops Rooms are spacious and filled with main necessary appliances
Bed and pillow could be more comfortable (that is also a personal preference)

An good hotel to stay in Seoul but not the best location
I had a nice view and the staff was very nice!
The location is not the best as it is far from a metro station

The location is really good and I loved how close some transportations were. I recommend you to take the Bus, if the metro station is too far away for you.
